maybe you'll understand this- HOU LA. par l' « artiste » que je ne se référais pas au premier noob d'u contralto. l'u n'a pas vraiment d'inclination, quel si jamais de ce que l'erreur à 2:19 est ? lol, et je suis cense croire votre la première contralto ! -Ces gars une plaisanterie.
WOW. by "artist" i was not referring to the lead alto u noob. u really have no inclination, what so ever of what the mistake at 2:19 is?lol, and i am suppose to believe your the lead alto!
some ppl just lack the musical ear to pick up on discrete mistakes, it takes yr.s of practice but one day/with enough practice you will be able to hear the mistake made by the artist at 2:19.
YES!!! this solo is the best of the best! unfortunately the guys appear to miss a beat at around 1:25, causing a crucial problem to the accuracy from that point on. none the less a great effort on a hard transcription. Bird Lives!
at 1:34 it seems to be a video technical "clic" that disturbs the ear, but make shure that nobody missed any beat, almost alltogether. Anyway, Birds' solos will always be a fantastic material for a saxes section; thanks for your enthusiastic comments.
no sorry you are wrong, because listen to the rhythm section, they stay in time but everyone else is ahead! lol sorry to be pedantic but this is my favourite solo ever. if you listen to the drummers bass drum it is on beat '1'throughout, but then suddenly appears to be 'behind', but really everyone is just ahead. I can even tell what note(s) they don't play -
Concert pitch: 6th bar into the second B section, concert chord E7, Bird held a concert E natural for a half note (minim) tied to an eighth note (quaver)then played Eb, D, Enatural for the remaining three eighths of that bar, moving to the new chord Amaj concert, where he played Fsharp Gsharp Csharp Cnatural for the
that Csharp on beat 2 is a very strong note that stands out. Your guys however only hold the first E natural for a half note length, putting them behind by an eighth already, then do something strange like only play D E Fsharp Gsharp for the remaing 4 eighths left in the bar, missing out note Eb, which came before the D, and on beat ONE of the A chord - around 1:24 - they play the C sharp! it is meant to be on beat two!
And from that point on they are exactly a crotchet or Quarter note out, giving it a very strange sound if you are listening to the bassist and the drummer stomping on beat one, and know the solo off by hear, but can hear them all playing in front by one quarter note! I think they even do something else wrong later on but can't be bothered working it out asewell. Check what I've said if you don't believe me, I'm positive about it.
nice soli sound
