@Shnood That is indeed Tom Jones, but it's not cause he's on hard times. Jools Holland does this with tons of bands, gets them on, and for the "bigger" acts, they get to use the BBC Orchestra which means that bands like Elbow sound fucking HUGE. It's pretty awesome. Not even a fan of much of the music and I enjoy watching it.
