This is notice that a lawsuit has been filed against VERA PESKAN in the Polk County Circuit Court, case number 53-2009-CA-11818. The cause of action includes internet defamation against W. Joy Carpenter and her law firm Joy-Star, P.A. and Carpenter Law, P.A. All content on Youtube submitted by VERA PESKAN a/k/a Dulce Peskan has been archived. The Court will be petitioned to add any third party found to have assisted Vera Peskan in furthering the publications that are the subject of the action.

Awesome. I haven't seen ANYTHING from people trying to argue with anything this guy says. They are reduced to just calling him names and making fun of the fact that he gets "emotional". Jealousy makes people look like idiots.
