What's the different between Trapara and Para Para?

Trapara is usually trance songs, with a lot more rapid hand movement, while parapara is just sychronized dancing in general.

trapara is done to like serious techno/trance beats and usually has more focus in the arms; not as cleanly choreographed; para para usually includes more feet movement and smooth choreographed dance with more gum-pop tech-ish music.

They even form a groups. Some are officially recognized by productions. Some unofficial groups are just get together in Shibuya etc and have their meetings etc at Karaoke place, where they can actually have the music lound and dance, lol. It's funny watching their documentary. Official groups are very strict to their rules, even though they look like bunch of homeless hippies.
