I LOVE the sound you have going on there... even if you think your technique isn't that great. I just liked the sound a LOT. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I could hear every breath you took. That's not your fault though, it's the mic itself... I have a perception 200 and it's VERY sensitive, and the 220 is the same way. They really will pick up everything you don't want them to.
@CarpenterBabe This is a Romy Benton C minor 7 holed Bamboo flute with a bamboo lip plate. This particular flute is one of my practice flutes. I have 2 flutes that require almost perfect embouchure and breath control to play well. Practicing with those 2 makes playing my other flutes much easier.
If you get a pop filter, you may be able to reduce the blowing noises significantly. You can try the Nady pop filter which is only $20 at guitar center, but just about any pop filter will work.

@ltunit In this video I'm using a Lexicon Lambda interface. The latency problem you are having is because your USB microphone is playing through your system and out of your sound card. The speed of your system and quality of your sound card will determine how much time it takes (latency) you have in your system. Send me a message with the problem you are having.

@Backfromdead69 Sorry man! I thought I answered your question. In this video I'm using a Lexicon Lambda interface. I tested the Lambda for about 3 months then I upgraded to an M-Audio Fast Track Pro. The Lambda had some issues, maybe it didn't like my system.
