A great, great job!Thank you very much for this rare video.Laura Ingalls was born in a very small wooden house and she was a very lovely lady just like her ma.She looked like her mother a lot.Mary and carrie had the same face and expressions on the contrary.Rose wilder Lane was pretty too and resembled her father.Life had to be tough however and not as happy as in the series.Almanzo was handsome too.But you can see on the faces that life was hard.
I never learned to speak English properly, but I can read in English because I lived in an orphanage that the library was donated books written in English and I wanted to read, then the responsible nun teaching children to read this language and thanks to the lovely Laura Ingalls books and Mark twin hey here a little of this knowledge Thank you for postage, greetings from Brazil
Ms Wilder had a special vision for how she wanted the stories of Laura and her family told. They were a strong, tight-knit group who were able to perservere no matter what the conditions. I think that Micheal Landon did a wonderful job in building on that and portraying it successfully. I think she would have approved. Anyone else have any thoughts and insight?
I am reading the book which is very good, but as always, real life isn't as poetic as fiction. I love her stories, but the actual events were different.
@scorpietta what events r diferent? i think her stories are pretty accurate with her bio. i like little house on the prarie series how ever i must say they changed way to many of her stories and events
Thank You for this glimpse into our past. Well done. We are all the better because this great American pioneer woman took the time to take us all back to her early years and through her life as our great nation was still in it's infancy. Laura Ingalls Wilder along with the family she loved will live on because of her timely efforts in her writing adventure. This is a wonderful tribute to her.
i love the rules for a teacher!!!

Electronic music and incorrect information do the classic works of Laura Ingalls Wilder no justice or service.

I think this is a great video! It is good you have music and I REALLY LIKE THE OLD PICTURES! Where did you get the old pictures?

Nice video!! I never got around to finishing the series after "Little Town..", but will now.
P.S. Almanzo's eyes are arresting. They appear to be either grey or light blue.
