Yeah for me the Pc Engine port of R-Type is the best port in terms of gameplay, graphics and sound. But I also like the master system versions music a lot (graphic is naturally weaker...) Also the GB port was nice but very easy, even on ultra hard XD

Great job on the video. I was debating on whether or not to play the arcade version or the TGfx port, but personally I enjoy the music on here much better. The arcade's music is more harsh and bass heavy, like a Sega Genesis game. This soundtrack is a bit more melodic and understated, albeit 8-bit.
