Tears For Fears is Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith. Or else it would not be Tears For Fears. But the best part of Tears For Fears is? Is there Back Up. That Rules. I love the drums the piano and Oletta Adams. ( I bought your C.D)
I thought that bands were supposed to sound worse live and with age. These guys are freakishly preserved and sound better live than they do in the studio. Where the hell are they these days? Wonderful tune....
One of the very few bands that almost sound better live. That extra guitar lick and the lack of heavy echo on his voice sound great. Love these guys. You can hear that they were Beatles junkies when they wrote this.
Well, this song it's taken from the period when Roland and Curt were split. Maybe now Curt singing the chorus could be considered like a whole reconciliation among them. Really excellent see Curt taking part of the song!!
Try to disect a Roland Orzabal song is not an easy task. He is speaking of breaking down the elements of your own life. This song is meant to mean different things to different people. That's what makes Orzabal an amazing songwriter.
OH MY GOSH!! I love this,, I have Rolands CD for this and it is wonderful!! But this was one step up sung with Curt, thank you for posting this ,, you made this a great day in an otherwise boring one!
This is one of my favorite TFF songs. It's always been great, but the addition of Curt's vocals on the song takes it to a whole new level for me. They're terrific individually, too, but sublime together. Thank you SO much for posting this!!!
Fantastic performance by TFF! It's nice to see Curt playing this song along with Roland (it was originally made after Curt had left the band in the early 1990s).
Great job on this video. This concert must have been one of the best!! Themusic sounds great. And Roland's vocals are as strong as ever. Thanks for posting.
