  • Hey mike absolutely LOVE your 300 workout videos... their inspiring to me... i'm 15 years old, 5'8 195 pounds... about 165 of it is muscle, and that's what i wanna get to... straight up muscle you've made me get into working out and i thank you... i've never felt better... i can bench 200 and squat 220... so yeah thanks... and 1 more question... how much did those tires weigh???

  • First, I doubt your legs are bigger, as someone who is also 6' and 170 and as someone who loves to work my legs. Second, the only thing that makes this workout hard is the fact that you do everything as fast as you can. Im sure 60% of the people reading this could lunge with 95 pounds, but whether or not they could lunge and then front and back squat and then lunge back with no rest is a different matter. However, I agree with you that legs get neglected by too many bodybuilder wannabes tho.
