  • We also did not have TAC officers. Didn't need them, evidently. The ranking cadet officer ran the bullring, unless one of the officers of the guard wanted to do it.

    I have a sneaking suspicion that Brigadier General Broome is going to make a few positive changes regarding the military side of things. It will be a long time coming. The "Army" has now landed, and the situation will become "well in hand", to paraphrase a well known slogan.

  • Tell you one thing. The FEW times I was on the Commandant's bullring, I ran it with precision. This bullring here is slop, pure slop. I would have had a platoon formation and drill would have been the order of the day, not slouching around with a rifle taking a nap on the shoulder.
