wait, im confused, how do u become a knight of cygnus? in the beginning when u create a character, doesn't it take u to maple island? how are u taken to ereb in the beginning?

Knight of Cygnus characters start at Ereb after creation. They never go to Maple Island.

There is no tutorial phase for them (because you should have already gone through the tutorial phase with your main characters).

You have to get your character to level 20(if i'm not mistaken) first and they will prompt whether or not do you want to be a knight.

is it just me? or do you NEED to have the characters sex to be the same as wad the advertisement showed you? like, soul fighter, night walker, striker are all boys and wind breaker and flame wizard are girls? cause theres a transformation for wind breakers but it turns you to a girl. so im kinda confused.

Not true, guys can be windbreakers and girls can be nightwalkers, and the transformation for windbreaker if ur using a male character turns u into a guy.

He's a Flame Wizard.

Ereb comes with five new job classes, one representing each class (although they are completely seperate from the main classes).

Their max level is 120 (no fourth job), but to make up for that, they gain 6 AP per level (up until Level 70, in which they revert back to 5) and gain a few skills earlier (such as that summon).

Wind Breaker (archer)

Flame Wizard (mage you see in the video)

Striker (pirate)

Soul Master (warrior)

Night Walker (thief)

So if you choose to go with one of the new five classes, does it mean you can't continue with your previous class?

You can still continue.

In order to access one of the five new classes, you have to have a Level 20+ character (of any main class, I think Beginners are included) go to Ereb.

Once you get there (after a short in-game cutscene introducing the five Knights of Cygnus), the tactician Nineheart will ask you whether you want to join the order or not.

After that, a special KoC character creation screen will pop up. You need a seperate KoC character in order to access those classes.
