  • Very nice tank, check out my video, i just set up a cichlid tank and i need advice, feel free to comment

  • awesum tank dude

  • that tiger loach is gonna get mutilated in that tank

  • @SPUD1880 are you sure you know what your talking about? Clown loaches are great additions to a haplochromis tanks, especially in numbers. Maybe not a Mbuna tank because of their aggressive behavior. As a matter of fact , my loaches have spawned in this tank and fish don't spawn if they are stressed.

  • what kind of sand is that?

  • @126229 Arogonite Reef sand 1.5mm

  • what kind of lights are those??

  • bestaquarium ive seen in a while sooooo clean !!

  • what kinda rocks r those i realy like ur tank

  • @SitNDum Lace Rock

  • wow piece of art and stunning fish

  • Brother need some help. will it be ok it if put river sand for freshwater fish tank.....?

  • @irshadzub1 sorry for the delay> sand is ok for freshwater or saltwater but isn"t a great buffering agent. The aragonite holds the water ph at 8.0 - 8.2

  • Brother could you tell me if i can also use the same aragonite reef sand for freshwater and also how much did that filter cost you. By the way, is your tank is marine or freshwater....? I am asking like this because don't have any idea of fish tanks but dying to set up a one like yours

  • @irshadzub1 This is a Freshwater Rift tank and 95 % of the fish come from Lake Malawi. The filtration is Magnavore 125 Wet/dry purchased online at Dr. Foster's & Smith for 279.00 and is by far BEST made filter made with heavy duty acrylic.

  • Sorry folks for talking so slow!! Trying to get the pronunciation right!

  • Nice tank! How do you like the sand? Im thinking of switching from gravel to sand.

  • @Gravitysea Love the Aragonite Reef 1.5 mm sand because it is a great ph buffer keeping my water ph at 8,2. Any sand smaller imo just gets blown around.

  • are those real or fake plants

  • @trojanshawaii fake

  • cool what other fish are you adding?

  • Thank you for your comments everyone!

  • cool setup nice and simple, i think it would be even better with a few more fish.5 stars..

  • Thank you .That's funny that you wrote that the tank would be even better with a few more fish because I was just about to order four new fish.ha lol

  • nice tank man. i also have an all male peacock tank and was wondering how big are your peacocks?

  • On average 4". With the exception the clown loaches and the syndodontis petricola.

  • i dream that my aquarium will one day look as nice at that

  • awesome!

  • that filtration is amazing

  • Nice setup.

  • amazing tank, fish, and setup!

  • What are those two blue images on the back of the tank? Are they your windows?

  • They are overflow boxes that handle 600 gph per box plus return lines.

  • Overflow boxes

  • What type of sand did you use? Is that playsand?

  • The substrate is Caribeasea Aragonite Reef Floor Sand

  • wow beauty. what kind of lighting do you run? the colours have so much punch!

  • AGA 48" Twin Strip Light w/ two 50/50 actinic bulbs

  • Very nice, very smart. Love the petricola
