Not sure if you are just a troll but UN resolutions have no bearing on US law.
We sign treaties but they must be signed by the president AFTER 2/3 consent of Congress. After that it would STILL needs to pass the Constitutional test by the Supreme Court.
None of which is applicable to a UN resolution. It has ZERO effect on US law.
