Some great thoughts and stimulating ideas. I have not worked out what is happening yet. For example UK hyperventilation markets have had record profits through 2008/09. So your block of butter (which no doubt has a high carbon foot print through its creation and journey to you), has made a great deal of money on its trip. With this in mind I feel that what we are experiencing is very complex and difficult to analyse.

B of Eng lower the int rates again.Thats great for peeps vid lot of £ who wants to invest in properties but not for regular savers though !!!. Myself. I think it is simple, jobs rises did not catch up with house prices, therefore cool down the market and let the wage catch up i.e. 5 to 10 years, for loans; 15 for forgetful bliss. Let the dammed fall and pick up the innocent.
