i did that and got to where new htc logo comes up after being told software is being updated then i get a failure message and asks me to do again thenasks me to take battery out and try again I tried again like 5 times no luck can you help

i got the HD7. Even though the specs are the same as the hd2. Which I had also had. Since the OS is so much more faster on hd7. It feels like having the same car but upgrading the engine. The hd7 is so fluid and quick.
@arxidamos13 it is a good phone. HTC Sense takes over the OS alot so it is hard to get deep in to the Windows OS, unless you really mess around with the phone, you wont see it. I have put Android on my SD card, and it works pretty well I have all of my apps from Android Market on it, makes it a better phone. Have not had any issues ever.

Microsoft has released a dev kit which allows users to remotely control wp7 from any windows based phone. It is just a stream... nothing more nothing less!

@ToTmyeyesoff You are a piece of shit first.. Next wp7 phone from htc has the same processor snapdragon Q8250 with adreno so drivers will work for the hd2 too!! And yes the HD2 support openES 2.0 .. So hd2 will run wp7 after 2 or 3 months after release.. ;-) And apple is a bigger SHIT!

@arxidamos13 it is a good phone. HTC Sense takes over the OS alot so it is hard to get deep in to the Windows OS, unless you really mess around with the phone, you wont see it. I have put Android on my SD card, and it works pretty well I have all of my apps from Android Market on it, makes it a better phone. Have not had any issues ever.
