Granny i put up a fried chicken video too! Last saturday! My Maxx was sick when he uploaded the video so it repeats the recipe twice! Ha ha! I was pissed about it! But oh well! You mentioned the bloody spots in your eggs fresh from the hen house...so true. My cousin Pasquale who lives on a farm in Italy,says that when he takes the eggs out of his hen house,very often they have little feathers attached to 'em...do you sometimes experience this?...lol!

Could almost smell that chicken fryin came out perfect too the flour in the bag sure brought back memories that's the way I was taught to fry chicken pre shake-n-bake....chicken grease makes the best milk gravy and with a biscuit it's heaven!! LOL
