Song Writing....

Neil Young in 2000 during his solo tour brought out a book of lyrics...after laying down over 300 songs in recording, hard to think any human being would remember. I say YES in 2006 and Jon Anderson has a teleprompter. Have to do that when you lay down so much stuff in a career that spans 20-25-30 yrs. Bono rocks!

I have read up on issues with his voice, since I too noticed some problems he had in a couple songs during his show on the 13th in Chicago.

Some say that he's just getting old, some say that he's adapting his voice to "a new sound", and a lot of people think it is damage to his vocal cords due to cigar smoking in the early 90s (which is easily assumed if you've so much as seen pictures or videos of him in his Achtung Baby days).

Whatever the case, he's still an incredible musician.

Bono isnt forgetting the words, its just how he has adapted the song, cos he cant hit all the high notes consistantly anymore, so this his how he does it, he tries in some european shows to sing all the lyrics and its very hit or miss.
