I bought a bottle of this tonight and was happily surprised! I think that if the proof were 3-5 higher, that would have better balanced all the sweetness,,,

agree with the caramel front, even the buttery popcorn finish (interesting by the way), but no hint of mint to me. you get this with the sniff and the taste? Also, initially or on the finish?
