  • thank you for the response.

  • What is the limit to how steep the slant board should be? I started out with a board that was almost flat and now I've worked up to around 20 degrees slant. When should I stop increasing the board's slant?

  • Keep up the good work. You can go as high as you can

  • How much of the foot should be on the slant board? All the balls of the foot? Or should I just ensure that the ball of my big toe is on there?

  • Start with the whole foot and work your way to the toes. It may take some time but work slowly until you get it. The more persistent you are to do it properly the better the results

  • Thank you for the replies!

  • If it hurts your feet it shows that the muscles are toxic and haven't been used. Work slowly and get foot massages to move the fluid out.

  • Every day but make sure you do it barefoot.

  • what if it truly hurts your feet to walk around barefoot? should you do so in supportive shoes- then?

  • Also--I am a retired ballerina---it is very difficult to do these with my feet turned in---painful---will these exercises work against the turnout in which i worked/trained for years to achieve? I love the workouts---my fam and I have been doing these for 4 days with a trainer

  • How often should foot training be done?

  • Every day. It is very important to train the foot muscles. Once you have them working you will be surprised at how much more balance you have.

  • Thanks for answering!
