I agree the Melba Montgomery / Jones version was superb. Connie does a n excellent job but she really holds her own with Once A Day, etc and all the other great songs. By far the best female country singer today
They're good, but you probably haven't heard Connie's duets with my friend the late Nat Stuckey. Their versions of Young Love, Stand Beside Me, God Will & others.
