His name is Jack Wagner. He used to play Frisco Jones on "General Hospital" in the 1980s (and 1990s?). He was also on "Melrose Place." I forget his character's name (Peter rings a bell for some reason), but he was the love interest of Heather Locklear for a season or two, I think. :)
