i found out how to delete the whole thing from your computer without user name&password and without downloading any software. i will make a viedo on how to do this but i need to reload the program as i've deleted it lol

@11hamz If you have lost it then call the shop you got it (the PC) from, or call home access.0844 879 3214. If this doesn't help you then try doing what I say in #2. Note: that doing the things in number 2 can cause problems, but this is what worked for me.

@kylebenson100 If you don't the "home access package" then I can't help you with FINDING the application hey. But if you read my comment posted 4 weeks ago, then these instructions will stop the program from running. Hope this helped. :)

By the way. For everyone who has seen this video. I think that netintelligence is still watching your every move!

Do this to stop netintelligence from running (but you can change it back)

1.Go into... C > Program Files > Netintelligence Home. In this folder there will be an Application called "LiteClientAM"

2. (I advise you to do this if you want to stop netintelligenc from running perpetually). Create a new folder and put that "LiteClientAM" File in the new folder.

Then netintelligence wont be able to start because it wont be able to find the application.

3. Now press (and hold) Ctrl + Alt + Delete. Then a window will come up... click on "Start Task Manager" down the bottom. Go to "Processes" and find the "LiteClientAM" file click on it, then click "End Process" Down the bottom.

4. Any questions? Feel free to ask.

@Mirozenx The activation code is on the back of you boocklet that says "Your Home Access Package". Your "activation code" Should be on the back of that!!!

Maybe when netinteligence is checking for filters, it cant, because its deleted, and so It blocks you because the filters cant be checked, But If ist completely removed, I don't understand. You shouldn't have deleted it, But I will have a look and see why its blocking!

@spikew10 i didn't delete it my mother did, she just put it all in the recycle bin then she clicked empty, btw she had no idea that you had to delete it in a special way so.. wtf can i do bout it?

@donkyheads2 well, doing it that way is a bad thing, but If you deleted alllllll of it, it shouldd bee gone, but deleteing it manualy is not the propper way of deleteing it. If you can, you should download netintelligence, re-install it, and then try and get the filters off, like I say in the video, I can't help anymore than that.

and try downloading the trial FREE for 30 days, and then get rid of the filters like I do in the video, and hopefully they should be gone. BUT if you dont want to do that you can use proxys, here is a good one that I used to use when I didn't know how to get past netintelligence filters, it's called "eggstorm.com". Thats all I know, but maybe you can ask the shop you got it from to put it back on. hope I helped :)

If this is the case, you probably have a virus, my dad got the same a few months ago, You need to download AVG virus protection, or somthing like that, Unforchantly It costs a lot of money, and the only other way of getting it is illegally downloading it, If you want it, I might be able to send you the application file I got of the internet, you will have to give me your email adress and open the file on the i-net
