The song is great, but solist isn't. Especially at the beginning. She has problems with low tones and the beginnings of each phrase. The real feeling for the song seems to be missing and she doesn't bind the longer phrases but stops inbetween.

I was watching a similar orcherstra in the Gasteig concert hall in munich. I liked that as well as I like this orchestra from the video, lord of the rings ist just my favorite!

It's beutiful music, but I think the lotr version of Johan de Meij is much better. Theres an individual piece for Gandalf, Lothlorien, Gollum, Mines of Moria and the hobbits and its such very good music. They should've used that music for the movie ;)

It has always been a dream of mine to play in an orchestra like this. They're amazing; the sound is tremendous. I'm so used to the sound of Annie Lenox's voice singing this song that this woman sounded really weird at first. I have to admit; her sound is really different, but it just gives it another feel. It's still amazing, but in an alternate way. They're both really great.
