just started jack3d today,i gotta say i like it alot more than noxplode, it gave me more energy i wasent as jittery. I took bout 1 and a half scoops 30 min. before, and put about half a scoop in the water i was drinking during my workout. I smashed on my p90x workout. gotta say i wasent as fatigued as usual. i do have a question though. I know you not supposed to take this every day..but can you just lower the dosage? like maybe take half a scoop just for a picker upper..or will it fuck you up?

I been taking different supplement Musclemilk, MuscleTech, ABB - PRO NO, SIX STAR Nutrition - I found out it has a MALTODEXTRIN ANOTHER NAME FOR THIS GLUCOSE POLYMER if you see this part of the ingredient don't use this supplement for this store the fat. I just started taking Jack3d is a good product and Protein I used DYMATIZE - ELITE GOURMET - THIS TOO HAS NO MALTODETRIN..

@ngomongdoank Jack3d (correct me if I'm wrong) has a bit of everything. You don't really need to drink creatine as jack3d is creatine. If you want more creatine, up the scoop to 2 rather than one.

I've been taking jack3d for almost a month. Yesterday was the last time; I hit the gym really hard and about 30 min into my workout I got really nauseous and got a giant migraine. I know a few people personally that had similar side effects. I was hydrated so that can't be the reason.

There seems to be a consistency with these cheaper, smaller brand pre-workout formulas. They are all highly effective, but can backfire really viciously.

I would recommend it; as long as u know the risks

@401Records creatine doesn't build muscle protein builds muscle. Creatine is also produced naturally in the body so it has little to no effect on the heart. All creatine does is helps to assist your ATP system in the muscles, your heart may then be beating faster but will there will be no substantial damage to it
