  • I've had a 109 for 3 years now...about 80% of owners debadge....imo it looks much cleaner...not that I want to hide the brand or anything. I know this video is old, but that bike is fat from blacked out. Way too much chrome to classify as blacked out if u ask me. I have my forks, headlights, exhaust, and sidecovers all black....only thing chrome on mine is handlebars and engine.

  • @jxc8570 cool man, lets yours. Ive done quite abit since then

  • the crow screem at the last second added a nice touch to the vid about this amazing bike.

am gonna buy the same exhaust for my m109r

    amazing sound

  • not my taste in bikes, but its VERY clean for what it is! good work!

  • bad move, stock M109R's are awesome looking. You can't improve on perfection and if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

  • Also I'd like to add that I have dragged a gsxr 1000 with my m109r and killed it. Try doing that with any harley. Love your bike, love my bike. Tis is the best bike I have ever owned over my 25 year riding life.

  • Boys, all you out there saying to remove the stickers on the tank. are you on drugs!!! why would you remove them?so it can look like a harley?well you know what, its not a harley, its better than that!!! why would you want to hyde the brand of the bike when it can outperforme any factory harley (including cvo ones)and it does it better summer or winter. (radiator/water cooled) so hot days don't bother these bikes. and all this for almost half price of a harley, Hello. Be proud of what you got.

  • @tim595 He's referring to the warning decals, that read "wear your helmet at all times" and things like that. Watch the video, and look at his tank for an example.

He doesn't mean the boulevard or suzuki markings.

  • Thanks for that, now I feel a bit embarased. One of these days when I get a chance I'll upload mine, (300 rear, exhaust, leds everywhere, polished wheels, quick shifter for the drags etc. etc.)

I have actually owned a string of Harleys and other bikes over the years and without a doubt this is the best cruiser I have every owned.

    Cheers.

  • @tim595

I'm with Tim. When I first got my 109r I started cruising web sites and kept seeing the same

old rag - "I debadged my bike". I'm like you. I'm proud of my 109r and wish there were more decals

    on the bike.

  • Cool bike... by the way, you should remove the stickers on the gas tank to make it even cooler if you haven´t allready done that

  • Thanks, yeah.. that was the first day I picked it up so I have done quite a bit to it since then, including remove the stickers

  • Suzuki lists the curb weight at 764 pounds. Thats unacceptable. Are all cruisers this fat?

The bike looks great, its the only cruiser id ever get, but cmon, over 700 pounds?

  • considering it's 1800ccs and weighs less than a honda vtx1800, i'd say it's not that bad. Most of the harley touring models are 800+ lbs and they're only a 96 cubic inch (1600cc) engine.

  • @ColombianGamecube 764 is the correct listed weight

  • batman's bike ? o_O

  • I am in works of buying one of these bikes but I'm wondering if I add leather saddlebags to it if it would make it look stupid

  • I have a question - does this bike have a passenger seat? I can't really tell by looking at pictures but is that some sort of cover behind the driver seat that hides it?

  • Cool, you need to black out the heaflight and the dash and for god's sake take off the tank sticker !!!

  • Dude, One of the nicest I have seen here on You tube. Love those pipes! Awesome!!

  • Thanks, its sitting in storage for the winter, dying to get it back out

  • this is the only cruiser i like and would ever consider getting. nice bike

  • Thanks man, I felt the same way.. I had a 954rr before this. of all the cruisers i looked at this was my favorite and it has the same tires, brakes and suspension as a gsxr so it handles pretty well. and with an 1800 in it its pretty fast.

  • Where is your rear plate and directionals?

  • The rear plate wasnt mounted in this video. I have a side mount now.

The signals are integrated into my smoked tail light.

  • I got your message. Thanks for the input. I understand that you plan on installing a Hypercharger and power commandor. I might be able to help you with that. I have both the powercomander and hypcharger that I'm selling. both for 300.00 even. They use to be on my 2003 honda vtx1800c. I can check to see if they can be use on the M109r. The reason I took them off. I'm looking for more gas mileage. I haven't placed an ad yet. Let me know.

  • What kind of pipes are these? It sound awesome. ? Did you notice any other benifits once you installed them? Performance, gas mileage etc. Thanks

  • They are cobra dragsters, I had them custom coated black though, they only make them in chrome.

I dont know what difference they made, because I bought the bike new and before they had it assembled I had them do all the custom work. They do sound great though, and the performance of the bike is awesome. I am going to put hyperchargers on it next and a powercommander with dyno.

  • That bike is awesome. Great sound, especially on a metric bike. Love the rear tire.

  • sick bike bro...will look out 4 more posts
