How to Remove Plastic Inserts from a Pinball Playfield

Wow thanks a lot for having this up!

I was wondering how I would go about getting off the inlays off the plastic and I found this!

Would a hair dryer set on low heat work to unbond the glue?

It can, although I have found that a hair dryer doesn't always get it hot enough so I opt to use the heat gun. Good thing you can find a cheap heat gun for around $25. :)

@metahugh Ah that is not as much as I thought for a heat gun I'll put that on my list of items to get for my machine(s). ;)

Nice video Thanks for posting with this info! ! Have you tried using a socket the correct Diameter and an extension as an insert driver?

That's an excellent idea! Yes I have, I just got used to using a smaller driver.
