Bad habit I didn't know I had. I'm also trying to slow it down, I lose energy everywhere. nuff bout me. Hey, great follow through and arm speed. Awesome form! Great D. 375 - 400 ft average is a looooong way. Wish I can hit 400 ft. flat land.

Dude what a great vid. I loved tge angle from in front of you. I could hear the swoosh of the disc as it passes over the camera.
