@hanko9r Stretch it... work out for half and hour or even as much as two using stretches.... you don't have to sit in one place for a long time; as you go through your life, sitting, standing, etc. you get kinks in your joints and muscles, that when you STRAIN, turn into charlie horses when you age 30+
