  • First thank you sooooooooo so so much for these tutorial videos! They have helped A LOT!! Quick question: What program do you use to edit your videos? I like how you have the text follow you like in your 1st beginners tutorial:)

  • Thanks for the help man I just got my camera (Canon t3i) two days ago and you are showing me basically how to do everything haha. I'm a graphic and web designer and want to get into photography to grow my business, I will mainly be taking pictures of groups and single artists who will be standing still, should I just not worry about the shutter mode and stick with the AV mode to make things easier, or does shutter speed have a big effect even with non moving people?

  • @RocDavisMusic No, no...thank you, pleasure is all mine! Most all your modes are essential and each mode has its advantage. There are times when it's ideal to use your TV mode for things such as sports, where your main concern is freezing the action over the depth of field. I encourage you to check out my vid on the different shooting modes, located in the same playlist as this video. Thanks again and congratulations on your new camera, this is a very exciting step in your creative career.

  • I think its crazy how people expect you to know everything, and i appreciate your help.

  • Another awsome video, but hey, I know you guys are photographers, but your audio levels are all over the map! You should tweak them.

  • i still cant find it on my canon t2i :(

  • @pinkowbs when you are in TV,AV or P mode - press the AV button on the right side of the view finder then turn the dial for your adjustments.. im using 550 D too..

  • I love that you're a canon user!

  • Thank you for doing this. I love your approach and energy.

  • I thought his beard looked like a histogram. :)

  • @embee70 Ok, that was clever...haha!

  • Great vid as usual!! I would like to see a vid on external flashes, lens hoods and uv filters. Like when its a good time to use them, etc. I just brought a set of filters and the smoke tinted one brings out so much color when i'm out on a sunny day shooting.

  • @unclestuntman You must have some mind powers as I was just writing one of my next videos on that topic! Thanks for the suggestion!!!

  • Right on Bro!
