  • Friend why is my kitchen set in your apartment. Seriously good video. You made a quick change on the soloflex. Bench with legs up (like me) and gave a good accounting for yourself on your bench weight. I give you 4 stars, I would give 5 but as I said you stole my kitchen set. Haha

    Thank you very much for your words, bro. As a matter of fact, I added more stuff to my Soloflex machine in order to challenge myself a little bit more. Nevertheless, I hope you found this video very useful. I am doing my best to add more videos to my page, and looking to invest in a good camera, so I don't keep using my cell as a camcorder-lol.   • Wow! Thank you for the insult. I can see that you're still as immature as the time I met you. I don't waste my time with folks that need to prove themselves all the time. I am better than that. I suggest you to look at yourself and see why you are so unhappy that need to be aggressive all the time. When folks act like that, they are very insecure about themselves. So, go and learn to be happy. By doing so you might loose that chip you have on your shoulder, Mr Wallace. Peace.

  • Great workout. I also have Soloflex that I use about 3 to 4 times a week. I noticed that your buttterfly is set a bit too high. Also your bench press mechanics needs a little work. Your elbows are too flared out. Use a closer grip with the bar touching the fatter part of your hand. If you arch your back by squeezing your shourlder blades and tuck in your elbows, squeez your butt, toes touch the ground. You'll be able to lift heavier but easier instanly. Push up fast but bring down slow.

  • Archangel brought up some points I as thinking of. I was also wondering if you ever use the cross hands and slide sideways sideways to get on the bench and squeeze under the bar method in the soloflex instruction videos? The good thing on the Soloflex is that with all the different kinds of form on many exercises, you are still pretty safe, even at home, without a spotter. Your video clearly shows how you can get a good effective workout at home, at any time of day. I hope you plan to make more.

  • Cool video. Yesterday I found another soloflex in mint condition on craigslist! Not a bit of rust or scratch on it. 15 years old. I was tempted to travel out of state for one. This one was just down the street and around the corner. I'm gonna build a "beast" like Dinjin1963 and use it with P90 X. Maybe I'll get in shape like you guys. (Hope) Also gonna figure out a way to use it as a bag stand. Any suggestions?

  • Not sure how to do that. I bet my boy Dinjin1963 could have an idea for that. I have my own bag hanging from the balcony at the house. I am glad you enjoyed this video. Peace.
