or... his system is capable of running the game faster than a gamecube does. This happens in low-polygon areas especially indoors. You have to use an audio sync to prevent it, and zelda games the audio doesnt work.

it looks like this guy really is using dolphin emulator, and it is working fine, cause he has a kick ass pc. i have a kick ass pc and i have no problems other than audio. you guys dont understand that the emulator needs tons of power for it to work, at least a 2.8 dual core processor, high end graphics card, and lots of memory, in which this guys has. i have a 2.5ghz amd phenom quad core processor, 8gigs of ram, and an NVidia GEForce 9600GS with 756mbs of power.

I have an overclocked Quad core @ 3.6 Ghz. 4Gb of overclocked RAM, and a Nvidia Geforce 8800 GT 512 mb. I'm able to run "Call of Duty 4" with max settings at 45-60 fps, but I still have MAJOR slow down when it comes to the dolphin. Look at 2:20 to 2:34. It was obviously sped up during editing. Plus, look at the ruby icon. During NORMAL gameplay it does not shine THAT fast.

it does shine that fast if your framerates are above normal. He didnt turn his framerate on. And older dolphin versions were much slower. Have you tried a more recent build?

the dolphin emulator doesn't work like a normal game. your video card has no bearing on it. all graphics are done on your system processor. Its all processor. Multi-core boosts the speed tremendously, and you can get some speed boost from messing with settings. One sure way to know if one of the zelda videos is fake is if it has sound or not. The dolphin emulator doesnt support zelda sound yet.

Yeah, I knew that the emulator pushed the proc a lot, but I had no idea it was THAT extreme for Gamecube. Shows what I know about emulators...this is my first one. I think I'll stick to my pirated DS and PC games until the Dolphin gets further into development. I have a Gamecube anyways lol. Thanks clearing that up for me though.

i have a gamecube as well. I don't have a wii however, and it's nearly impossible to find the gamecube "twilight princess" anywhere. my only option was dolpin and a download.

Also i am also running 32 bit and the 64 bit version has always worked better.

i run it on a phenom 9150 oc'd to 2100mhz. Plenty fast for wii and i can run ps2 games also. The zelda games don't have sound yet. They use sound differently than nearly every other wii game, which use a programmable chip on the board. Zelda use direct hardware access.
