I just have a question though, would it be better if Hibari was a called a "weirdo" instead of "pervert"? "Hentai" can mean both "pervert" and "weird" right?

OMG, you are right! I didn't give a much thought about that! I just knew there's something uncomfortable about it. I do think "a weirdo" suits much better than "a pervert" for that sort of usage in Japanese. I suppose it means, "one heck of a weirdo" in those contexts. I will make a correction!
