In So.California approximately 30 years ago an officer shot and killed a young man with a squirt gun. This created the law that fake guns must be brightly colored so that the gun could be easily identifiable.

If he would have kept it as that it was an accident, then truly no one would be at fault.
Yeah this is BS that boy didn't point his water gun at the cop, why would he do that if he knows his gun isn't real and also knows that officers will respond back with gun shots them selves. This just doesn't add up, that cop should get fired from the force, he has no business with that gun and badge on him.
