There was no album, no website, no YouTube account, not even a MySpace. Universal never even began to market Shiloh until closer to the end of 2008 - several months later

@Bloodflame True say... however, I would give more credit to most smaller communities who host lesser known artists during celebrations and festivals, they usually do a better job of promoting the performers regardless of who they are or how big they may be. It could be a local band playing and you would see their name being dropped all over the city in the weeks prior in an attempt to maybe sway some people to waste their day off work haha

Shiloh sounds like a good singer. She reminds me of Universal Music's other 15 year-old star, the Polish-Czech Ewa Farna ... perhaps Europe's best teenage singer today. Band and style similar, along with looks and a very strong voice. Search on YouTube for her more recent live performances ...

No official website, no Myspace, not even a mention on Universal Music Canada's website. Must be that fresh =P I guess her debut album is supposed to be out around Fall/Winter this year.

Check out the HSBC Celebration of Light in Vancouver (I'm sure there are videos here) and you'll see what I mean. I guess these were right on par for Brantford, but even the last couple years I was here the fireworks were better than this year

its not that TOAD chose Brantford, but merely the opposite. they just happened to be touring the area at the time and had a day off, so Brantford stuck in their bid to get them to play. notice how shitty the fireworks were? you could tell they spent all the entertainment funds on the music instead
