  • Such a beautiful dog

  • I hope to get more videos of this wonderful breed. I want one so badly! My husband and I will need to wait 3-5 years at least before we can ensure we can provide a long and healthy life for our dog. We're looking at a NAID from the MI breeder and a bengal cat and raising them together from young. Would these dogs get along alright with a housecat? Looking to educate myself long before moving forward with the decision!

  • @Faeleena Yes they will get along; especially having been raised together. My dog loves her cats.

  • I lovvvve this -3

  • I wish I could have one. They are so beautiful and intelligent.

  • I AM GETTING ONE FOR MY B DAY ON JUNE 18TH AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

  • We have a Native American Indian Dog too, they are amazing dogs. Mine is 3months old and weighs 27lbs! We got ours from Majestic View in Michigan, just make sure you don't get this breed mixed up with the American Indian Dog, they are coyote mixes and not trainable!! At 9 weeks (and NO training) ours could sit, bring me his dish when empty, and turn on the faucet in the bathtub!! They are very smart!!

  • NAID all the way I have one kiba she's black and white

  • I looked these dogs up and found out they were a lie, the original breeder was cross breeding dogs and wolves, when she was reported, she had the most wolf-like dogs shot before the authorities arrived. The real indian dog is called "The American Indian Dog" so be leery about breeders who had "Native" to the front of that name.

  • Hey i was wondering if i could know the place you got this dog. I'm looking for one but can seem to find any breeders.

  • @shadowingshadow I was lucky enough to find this dog up for adoption by a private party. But I did hear of this one breeder. Their called majesticview. They have a website at majesticview1 dot calm. Good Luck.

  • @shadowingshadow dude you can get it in following places in JAMMU AND KASHMIR INDIA

    POONCH,MANSAR,PATNITOP,SRINAGAR

  • @shadowingshadow go indaindogs4u. com I have one. There are only 4 breeders in north america. 3 states side and 1 in canada. I had to drive 14hrs to Michigan state to get my naid this summer. expensive time consuming but worth it. The ideal benefit to this breed HYPO-ALLERGENIC yay :D They shed only once a year, so far living up to expectations. Good luck

  • My favourite breeds:

    1. Native Indian

    2. Siberian Husky

    3. American Eskimo

    4. German Shepherd

    5. Labrador

  • I really like that dog. It looks great:)

  • WHATS THE DIFFERENT THAN A SIBERIAN HUSKY..WHEN ACTUALLY MY MY NATIVE PEOPLES BREED A DOG TO BE DEPENDENT ON ITS OWN JUST IN CAST, TIMES GET HARD WERE WE CANT FEED THEM BC WE SAW THAT OWNING AN ANIMAL IS JUST LIKE JAILING ONE....I THINK THEY ARE AS SMART O TRAINEABLE AS HUSKYS MAYBE OR THEY MIGHT BE A LITTLE BETTER AT TRAINING BC HUSKIES R A THREE STAR BC OF INDEPENDENCE OF MIND OF A OWNER

  • I want a native american indian dog *-*, Though i have a long-haired corgi, He's red, Looks like a fox xD

  • @EmmaAnime96 I love corgis now. I moved in next door to 2 of them, they're so cute and sweet. They look like little big dogs.

  • @thedickiesman :3 Corgi's are so funny xD

  • I like the idea of this breed but i don't think it would be a good idea for my lifestyle. I would really like to rescue greyhounds someday though, couch potatos are my kind of dogs :)

  • @TinyxsSeahorse all dogs are great. I had a wonderful couch potato pitbull. He was the greatest.

  • Shetland Sheepdog.

  • I wants a dog like this! :D

  • Do you absolutely love your NAID?

    I want one so badly

    they are adorable

    and smart

  • I got one from Majestic view kennels, shes about 10 months now and ways 75lbs! great personality, very sweet and playfull and she never barks. where i live there is allways people walking dogs around and she is submissive and playfull with all of them. great with all the nabourhood kids, dogs, and also enjoys time alone in the back yard to play in the pool or run around. GREAT DOGS

  • @IRIE223 excellent, I'm happy 4 u. Enjoy your dog.......

  • My favorite breed of dog is an Australian Shepherd. I have had my baby girl for three years now and she is my best friend! They are very intelligent, quick learners, and can be hyper is not properly exercised. :)

  • @WildWolf419 Love Aussie Shepherd dogs. I associate that breed with being the perfect Frisbee playing pooch. I'd love to own 1 some day.

  • Please tell me all about your dog. We are thinking of getting one. Pros and cons

  • @Soccertz1 This breed is very intelligent, social and friendly. They're a lot like a huskey, but like huskies they are also very energetic and require daily exercise and socialization. It is best to start young with their socialization. Bring your NAID around other dogs at least once a week, and always try to keep them focused through consistent productive play time, otherwise you'll end up with a frustrated unhappy dog that has dominance issues when in the company of other dogs.

    Good Luck

  • My fav is the poodle for small breed dogs. But you can't spoil them or they turn out rotten.

  • haha cute dog

  • Siberian Husky is my favorite. I grew up with them in Germany :)

  • Great video. It is nice to see owners do productive things with their NAID's.

  • i'm hoping to be approved to get on a waiting list to be able to add a naid to my family!!!!

  • I loooove these dogs.

they're pretty much amazing, super smart, and basically if someone was trying to break into your house, they would hide behind you instead of attacking.

ps. for anyone who thinks they're a wolf, well they're not and THEY'RE PUREBRED, they've been bred for so long they are no longer mutts, although all dogs are considered mutts. they do shed but very LITTLE and only twice a year :) I LOVE my NAID.

  • Have you heard about that breeder in texas that was selling half wolves as pureblooded native american indian dogs?

  • Do you happen to know the name of this breeder? I am curious as to how he got the NKC to register his wolf dog as a NAID. As a result, all but one breeder has pulled their NAID's from that registry.

  • I got one too, a lovely girl named Tiva.

They are the greatest dogs ever.

  • i want one i want a native dog like that but white{ not racist }

  • Awesome =] I'll check in with ya later.

  • These are my favorite kind of dogs. I want one sooo bad.

  • She should have a new video out today, if I can just find that darn camera.

  • I love wolves, Huskies, Malamutes, Native American Indian dogs, Miniture Schnauzers, and Collies. You have a beautiful dog there :) Give Rya lotsa love. She seems like a sweetie pie. That's great she saves lives! ^_^

  • how much do these dogs shed

  • They shed quite a bit. She gets a de-shedding bath twice a year at 50$ per grooming..

  • So I was just reading a story where a dog took a baby from a crib. They showed a picture of the dog and I thought, it doesn't quite look like a husky or a malamute, is it a wolf-hybrid? I read another story that stated the dog was a N.A.I. dog. I've never heard of this breed. Is this another name for a Wolf Hybrid, a fairly new breed? or an older breed that huskies/and Mals were derived from?

  • These were the working dogs of the Cherokee people. They are virtually instinct due to cross breeding with Huskies/Mals and are said to have been derived from the grey wolf. Google the breed to find more info.

  • No. The NAID is not a wolf hybrid. It is assumed that the owner of the dog may have given this info to the press to put the blame on the dog, instead of him self. You know, the big bad wolf thing. The breeder of the dog included the pedigree of the dog along with registration papers and certainly did not tell the owner that Dakota has 90 percent wolf.

  • these dogs look alot like huskies

  • I really want one of these dogs. <3

  • shes a beautiful dog :)

  • I have 2 NAIDs of my own...they are amazing dogs!

  • Native American Indian Dog and Husky.. XD I love wolves.. so might be why I am interested in those breeds :]

    Oh- also Labradors VERY much.

  • Your baby is so CUTE!!! *baby talk* She looks just like a wittle wolfie, yes she does!!...............That's why I want one too, but they're so expensive, and I planned on having a cat:3

  • She has her own cat too! Thanks!

  • Oh? She has a cat? How funny...I know that some dogs who are puppies when you get them tend to behave like a cat if they're raised with one;P

  • She is gorgeous, I too have a native american indian dog...

  • that is one of the most beautiful dog i've ever seen!

  • she's BEAUTIFUL!

  • Beautiful dog!

  • She says thanks. Your dogs are beautiful also. Chavez resembles Rya.
