Let's assume the subwoofers in this video will peak at 136dBL. If you were to add one more, that would theoretically be twice the power, thus a 3dBL gain. Four would only be able to hit around 148dBL.

actually is does not take 20,000 watts to do 160s I have seen it done on the dash, sealed up with as little as 4000 watts rms. Walled civic. with 12 12s and 4 us amps vlx25s. And i have seen 170s off 10,000 watts in a walled geo metro. It had 16 10,s..... But yes doing 170 is not easy. Once you hit 160s you realy have to get creative to minimize flex and that is really not easy to do at the level of pressure.
my daily driver does 153.7 in usaci on termlab, subs in trunks, 2 12's audiobahn aw1200q(700rms each $80 each) with 2 hifonhics zeus xi 1200 rms, i have a 30hz port and a 60hz, with 60 i hit that, with 30 i get a 145....so it can be possible, the 9915 subs are like 600 new or so, screw them,

That is all theoretical... In the feild, many other factors play, such as cabin gain ect.
I've seen other people lose DB after adding another woofer. And powering it sufficiently of course.
