  • Do people not understand they don't need someone to tell them exactly what to do? This trainer is going over the common sense exercises. All you need to know how to do to get in shape is run, pushups, situps, pullups, along with a strict diet and weight will literally fall off you.

  • That modified pushup is hard now that I do it correctly. The elbows are supposed bend parallel to the body, not outward. Whew, now it is all chest and not arms.

    Now I understand why my push-ups have done more for my arms than pecs.

    It's 50% diet, and 50% working out.

    You may also gain weight if you work on your muscles, as muscle weighs more than fat. Don't get discouraged, it takes about 1 week (1 hour a day) to lose 1-2 lbs. The more you weigh, the easier it is to lose weight aswell.

  • hes got good tips , but he does his pushups on his hands when you should do them on your fists because doing the on your hands can hurt your wrists especially for people with bad wrists , though he was doing it on concrete so i understand

  • @chunchoe not everybody has bitch wrists in the world . I had both of my wrists broken , had left wrist operated , but i still use them as if they were never injured.

  • @Olterior still , the correct way to do them is on your fists plus you add an extra inch , YOU should do them to not get injured while doing push ups, but i see you just wanted to be a cockhead, where as i was actually giving good advice to people mr tough man.

  • These are all great, free ways to become fit. Jogging is the best way to lose fat from your body, but these are the best way to tone it. You don't need fancy exercise machines, and you certainly don't need a gym membership for anything other than a personal trainer to help you keep motivated and do exercises right.

  • He seems like an awesome trainer that gives lots of variety for those who can't necessarily do the hard stuff. But he does tend to say "we're gonna focus on..." a lot. Like, a lot. Pretty sure "focus" is his favorite word.

  • @Hipposmedulla 5 mins? no no. choose your difficulty lvl of each exercise, then get out a consistant number of reps with a thirty second break in between each exercise. The number of reps will increase eventually to the point where you can crank out multiple sets per sitting

  • I've been going to trainers for the last five years and he seems like a good one. I love the modified versions. Thats a sign of a good trainer. You see alot of videos that start hard and don't show you the right corrections on body position.

  • Hey everybody. I have nothing against personal trainers, but do yourself a favor and just get P90X. It's your own personal trainer that work every part of your body like a trainer would.

  • Wow that was a solid video. He should definitely do it. If he were to post a video every other day with an at-home workout routine i'd follow him for sure.

    @ the1AnOnlyMilkey, sit up work you so much and yes they do suck, but try them on a medician ball. Its harder but it is easier to stick to and it feels so much better. Also you'll feel retarded with this, but works, i promise. Spread your legs out, squat, flex your abs and rock to your sides. Do it in front of a mirror.
