I have seen my heart on an Echo test when it has been at its worst desperately trying to pump, beating faster than you can count and getting an irregular rhythm because it's starved of oxygen. Shortness of breath from heart failure is no fun either...
OMG man that is a mix of PVC's and PAC'S and you will die from this if you dont get help! Show your DOC. this video and let him hear this because its bad and you can get it fixed because I did. I am so scared for you man...but u have a hot chest and if I was your heart I would go crazy toooooooooo.
Your heart in this vid sounds similar to your stair climb video only not as fast. There are a few fibrillations as well. Do you ever get chest pains while this is occurring? It sounds like you have trouble breathing at a few points. I would love it if you moved the steth around.
