  • Yeah this is the best drumming version of this song on you-tube, good to see a drummer that's actually learnt the song, good job!

  • Hell yeah!

  • great singing!

  • the drummer is the best Mitchell drummer i have heard!! gets that dragging rythm!! love it!

  • Ya well Springer did this for fun..not a living...he has since worked with amazing and accomplished artists....ev heard of Wild T and the Spirit..thats him.

  • Springer's act is amateurish. The only thing he's got going for him is he shares some of Jimi's genetic background. If you're looking for an authentic-sounding Jimi Hendrix tribute act, check out Randy Hansen. He is THE MOST realistic-sounding Hendrix emulator; been doing that for YEARS. And he just so happens to be from Seattle, WA, too! He's also OFFICIALLY recognized by the Hendrix family.

    Frank

  • but hes plays too loud!!..i think hes more a straight rock drummer!!...mitch mitchells was a Jazz drummer ..he just mixed it up with Rock!!

I don`t think that he plays so cool and groovie like mitch !!

  • This is the only drummer in a cover band that gets it right for M.D. He makes the sound tumble down and roll like Mitch Mitchell. Good job.

  • i honestly thought that was jimi hendrix until the video finished and i saw that it was some other guy

  • when he was talking he kinna really did sound like jimi

  • jimy-eddy-tom-matt

  • If anyone wants to see more of Wild T videos... pls visit my page;)

  • It just doesnt sound like Wild T, and also Wild T is usually a lot more animated in performance.

  • Tony Springer, Jim Sampson , and Mr. Kim Hunt on drums ...amazing. Kimbo, what year was this?

  • IGNORE MY PREVIOUS COMMENT. It IS Tony Springer. BUT, wow it didnt sound like him. I knew he was in a Tribute so this Clip must be PRE-93. It was the WIG that fooled me. Rock on Tony.

  • that AINT Tony "Wild T" Springer. Wow - I am surprised no-one has picked that up. I actually think it might well be Carvin Jones.

  • Holy crap, this guy looks just like Hendrix, sounds like Hendrix, plays like him! Wow.

  • That kicked ass!!!!!!!

  • I love Tony Springer and Fire band! Thank you so much for posting this! I will actually forward this to the Wild T gang:)!!!
