The reason they banned cannibus in the first place is because its used habitually. That doesnt seem to bad, perhaps dangerous to health in large doses but that still wasnt the problem. The countries that used these drugs where also the countries that saw no progression in the 18 and 19th centuaries. While we had coffee they had cannibus. Thats why its dangerous. Do not legalize marijuana, decriminalize it. Legalization would come with potency control, taxes, and unnatural, cheap, mass produced substance. Also really long lines at Cannabis-Mart.
