They are called Nico Nico singers that come from a site called 'NicoNicoDouga' which is the Japanese equivalent of youtube. Normally they sing solos but people often take the solos and mix them together to create what we call 'Nico Nico Chorus'. Some notable Nico Nico singers are Clear, Ask, Senka, Wotamin, Anima, Nero, Pokota, Hanatan... the list goes on and on.
