  • que puta guiaku no começo hehehehehehhehe carate eh foda

  • chinzo is more agressiv than lyoto

  • That was impressive. Chinzo is awesome.

  • supremacia do karatê!!!

  • CHUPAAAAAAAAA MUAY THAY!!!!!!!!

  • SHOTOKAN, MY LOVE ^^

  • perfectly timed gyaku zuki

  • That body kick in the end finished Cristiano, probably landed on his liver.

  • slightly smaller version of Lyoto. Didnt know his brother had an mma record

  • DAMN! I really really really want to see Chinzo Machida vs Ninja Rua

  • Beautiful fight!

  • "Dirty" version of Lyoto... me likey >:)

  • Chinzo seems more aggressive than Lyoto, great display if karate! (not the ground and pound part ;))

  • @dragonbut yeah Chinzo is one rank higher than Lyoto, I would like to see Chinzo vs Ninja and see how the older brothers would do

  • Chinzo's a pretty mean guy. He makes it look like his opponent tried running into his hand.

    fucking badass. Just like Lyoto.

  • @ifluxion lyoto is nice tho haha

  • incredible.

  • Gyaku to face

  • Apart from their skills in fighting, I don't like the rules of MMA. To call it a sport is laughable, in my opinion. If somebody lies on the ground and then kick his face... Omg. If you are in war or on the street against multiple opponents, it may be another thing, but when two men or women step into a ring to proof that they are able to kick someones ass who is already down and overhelmed (you don't need skill to kick someone who lies overhelmed on the ground), this is just rude.

  • @MegaNewbie100 shut up fool, thats the point of MMA. if you can't handle the brutality step out of the ring. they went in the ring knowing fully what their up against and what can happen. so i calm the fuck down trying to act all cool and appropriate. i would go in the ring and get my ass beat, because i know that way i'll get experience. my current master fought bj penn and trained with the best and he got his ass beat all the time. but he did it for the experience. he's done it to people so!!!

  • I hate when refs don't step in when a guy is CLEARLY overwhelmed. Aside from that, Chinzo's pretty impressive. I'd like to see more of his fights.

  • their is nothing like timing in a fight

  • Caraca, se empolgou o Chinzo... chutou a cabeça do cara várias vezes.

    Imaginem ele no Pride... rsrsrsrsr.

  • And I thought I was a Machida fan, I just found out 30 seconds ago that he had an older brother, wtf.

  • @Iskandarr I have to take your word for it and assume that he's the one that chose his nationality for the opening stats. But if that's the case, why would he knowingly put the wrong nationality down?

  • Lyoto is south paw, Chinzo fought with left hand forward. Also, interestingly, they mistake Chinzo in the beginning at .11 seconds that his nationality was Japanese. He was born and raised in Brazil. Yes, his father is Japanese, and his mother is Brazilian, but since he was born in Brazil that would make his country of birth Brazilian, right?

  • @sinaquanon it makes his nationality whatever he listed it as

  • great timing, one punch dropped him

  • Portuguese language is so misleading. The person speaking it could be excite or pissed as hell, but still sound so laid back and relaxed, you really couldn't tell.

  • chinzo appears to be much more emotional than his brother

  • @cayne1989 illegal head kick

  • cristiano só ficou o bagaço hauhsushuahsuahsua

  • only a nigger would try lyoto machida. rashad and rampage.

  • @SuperGonggong oh yeah and Shogun haha

  • @Rob919Gore Silly child, It takes a brazilian to beat a brazilian and Lyoto is only half brazilian so he was already at a disadvantage. This is common knowledge after all lol

  • @dss103 Oh yeah.. is that right? Now that you mention it Matt Hughes does look pretty Brazilian especially when he spanked Gracie and So did Couture when he beat the dog shit out of Gonzaga...but thats only a few do you really wanna go there buddy boy =)

  • @dss103 he isn`t half brazilian, he was born in brazil, trains in brazil

and represents the country internationally so stfu

  • @dre9292 umm...yeah he kinda is half-brazilian lol and dam my comment made this much hate mail? guess i was right on the money then guys huh? hahaha you're all gay for each other!

  • @dss103 in the end I guess it doesn`t really matter :P

  • @dre9292 Lyoto's mother is Brazilian and his father is Japanese. That makes him half Brazilian.

  • Aff meu ! Shinzo Machida é brasileiro .

  • o deai fez a diferença.

  • "ChinzUh" machida do "Japão" hauhsuahsuahsaiushaiushiaush

  • chinzo é baiano seu imbecíl , japones huahauhauahauhs

  • I used to be a shotokan karate student during my college days, just a brown belter, but i have proved it really effective as a self defense in a street fight, no offense to other discipline. now im in police force and i dont rely too much in my gun.

  • Bright future for chinzo this guy has the best training partners both lyoto and silva and wanderlei n shogun this guys gonna be a beast when is time in ufc comes

  • very nice.hope to see him in bigger name shows

  • i didnt know lyoto had a brother o__o

  • Best reverse punch

  • His stance is so alike Lyoto's, it's incredible to watch. Long live Machida Karate.

  • surprised he hasnt been called into the ufc or strikeforce

  • sence lyoto and anderson are friends and wont fight each other maybe, chinzo machida vs anderson silva??

  • I know both of those brothers, also Take and the youngest (forgot name). Very polite and good people. Veri disciplinated.

  • @jcsk8 lucky. the machida family is one of my biggest inspirations. id love to meet them.

  • @iloveasiangirls They´re locals in Belém, city that I´ve lived for 5 years. Theu have a gym where I did bodybuilding for some time. But at that time they weren´t MMA fighters, just karate champions.

  • @jcsk8 ahh. well im still envious :) they seemed to follow the same path i did. my father is a karate master, and i was/am a karate practicioner before i was/am an mma fighter. i would be honored and humbled to meet them, which i aim to attempt should i ever visit brazil.

  • MACHIDA KARATE RULES!!!

  • oww that was nice, and looks like his bro

  • He look exactly like Lyoto, hilarious didn't see diffrence between them, exactly the same style lmao.

  • Chizo ...

    Karate is The Power !

  • WOW.That ref wanted to see blood I guess.

  • Wow, his shotokan really shows.

  • perfect timing!

  • hopefully the UFC will stay out of this and let Chinzo choose his own path i really hope he gets in strikeforce and become champion there than The 2 machida's will really dominate,.

  • @gusto1978 he lost a fight like one years ago and never fought since....forget ufc and strikeforce i'll be shocked if he ever fought again....

  • NIce timing with that gyakuzuki. Cant wait until hes in UFC

  • blazing fast reverse punch to the face at 1:35

  • Wow the similarities are incredible, he looks like his brother, hes built like his brother, his stance is even similar to his brother.....why is chinzo not in the UFC???

  • Comment removed

  • Holy that's definitely his bro and thats definite shotokan OMG

  • the refereee should had stoped that fight earlier... after the punch which made him going to ground...

  • No, the referee shouldn't stop a fight I believe the fighter should tap out similar to what occurred in this fight. Yes the fighter had his hands over his face to protect him but doesn't mean he's defenseless. UFC would've stopped the fight a little earlier only to protect their fighters.

  • Machida's family is much more honoured than Gracie Family.

  • dude. There rules are only in North America. If u ever watched Pride FC you would see kicks to the head (soccer kicks). In Brazil Vale Tudo even allows head butts

  • oh ok I did not know Im only familar with UFC. and STricke force.

  • @hussv1 ok so why did the ref rush in whenb he kicked him in the head?

  • he looks so much like lyoto

  • machida is cute

  • like brother like brother. WAR MACHIDA

  • Chinzo has amazing timing when punching(just like his brother). You can see he's using his karate training (sen-no-sen, maai, deai) in this fight. It shows that karate techniques, when performed properly, are very effective.

  • @deadguy29

I agree bro, karate is very effective. It's kind of funny because he fights just like Lyoto, but he seems to be more offensive.

  • @natureboypkr , you're right, he just needs to improve his ground game and takedown defense. At 1:35 he throws a gyaku tsuki in the middle of the opponents attack (yoi), that's shotokan basic technique. And I like it.

  • yeah in an interview his father said he and chinzo had an very offensive style in comparison to lyoto

  • @deadguy29 Especially sen-no-sen. Well put.

  • @deadguy29 they have incredible timing. Wonderful martial artists.

  • @deadguy29 Osu

  • Que massacre!!

  • pro boxer liek jerom le banner if u have n e idea who that is

  • im sry he uses krokushin karate and hwo does he defeats his opponents? take down and pound.

i never said karate is absoultly obsolete, im saying machida karate is more versatile than other forms of karate.

u can say wut u wna say but ur arguments have made it clear martial artist arent truly as noble as the codes they recite.

  • @1wonluv3 stop trollin.... machida karate is SHOTAKAN there's no difference

  • LOL wikipedia pro "machida karate"

  • @turddestroyer No doubt. Their father comes from JKA so it's no surprise.

  • just a difference in philosophies.

  • Shinzo's a beast! Bring him to the UFC.

  • Comment removed

  • Nice kick to the body, really nice, more of that in MMA.

  • does weight really make difference in whos better? ontop of that. machida is top 5 in the p4p rankings, yea being aggresive is fine, but without improving otrheraspects of your game, it could lead to a loss. On top of the Antonio inoki had the decision to choos en e of the three machida brothers, adn saw and brought back to japan with him lyoro. Chizno is strong, and has the potential to be a great mma fighter, but i beilve machida is overall better

  • Fights just like lyoto

  • wow he rly looks and fights like machida!

hope to see him one day in ufc too

  • the machidas are like the gracies of karate

  • that was accurate striking to bad about the illegal blow. the action was good. although it was short but thats a good thing for Chinzo won very decisively.

  • don't look like he is that strong

  • notice how straight and perfect his shotokan reverse punches are, he throws it right when the dude was about to attack at just the right time, great timing. classic point karate style too, chinzo n lyoto both point fighters making there moves work in the ring. proves its not the style but the fighter that counts.

  • yeah its like they are point sparring when i watch them fight

  • I wouldn't say that this is thanks to "point fighting" in general. The strategy of using those effective stophits and counters are ONLY thanks to Karate-Do. All other point-fighting martial arts sports (like some styles of kung fu, or semicontact kickboxing) never use this kind of strategy.

  • gogogabo

  • I bet wnen they were young nobody fuck with them in the neighborhood

  • haha just like the brother

  • he looks like lyoto too.

  • Chinzo is also a god fighter

  • Chinzo can fight

  • pucha talagang ginulpi si mokong...

    tunay na asiano hehehe

  • Chinzo Machida do Japão?!

  • chinzo has amazing stand up if he learned some ground game he could be a top fighter

  • Chinzo has chosen the way of the satsui no hado while Lyoto is still pure, seems recently tho Lyoto is giving into it

  • @strifed169 what does this mean?

  • Yoshizo Machida wasn't kidding, Chinzo is an AGGRESSIVE fighter! Hope he can become well rounded like Lyoto, he'll make an exciting fighter.

  • I'm not at all surprised. When your brother is Lyoto Machida, how the fuck could you possibly lose to a dude like this?

  • Yeah, i think he dont fight anymore cuz his ground game is not that good

  • yeah he lost his second match via choke

  • Is funny how he fights "savagely" and when he stopp in his corner he looks a totaly calm man

  • he fought his brother in karate asnd thats how he got the scar on his cheek you see at 2:49

  • dam ! its was lik watchin a crazier lyoto lmao

  • Dude, that was fucking scary. Chinzo might be even stronger than his bro...

  • hes a higher belt than lyoto, but his ground game is nowhere near his.

  • Karate ALWAYS wins against muay thai. The timing is different that's why karate is better for MMA. Great fight, great timing!

  • Oh please stop with the childish comparison yarn. Saying a statement like Karate always wins against Muay Thai is like saying a Les Paul Gibson if better then a Fender Strat - it's childish statement as anyone with any experience will know its who holds the instrument that matters. Muay Thai and Karate are equally lethal in there own ways its the man who makes it so though.

  • you didn't watch the shogun fight right? Or never saw the fightmetric and compustrike stats? Shogun outstruck Machida. Not saying Machida Karate is inferior just that your statement that karate ALWAYS wins is garbage. You've never watch K1 either then I presume?

  • blah blah, fuckin´blah. Are you saying Shogun won??? I only discuss who really understand something about fighting, you must be someone who only sit the fat ass on the sofa and watch TV. Grow up!

  • Yep I am saying shogun won. You don't think I understand anything about fighting because I believe shogun won? Dana White, Joe Rogan, and 30 PLUS profession UFC fighters have publicly stated that they beleive that shogun won. Perhaps you think that non of the 30 plus fighters like Belfort, Rampage, BJ penn, Miguel Torres, Frank Shamrock, Evans, and Couture know nothing about fighting because they all thought that shogun won?

  • @LuqmanNaq Yeah, Rampage, the man Shogun destroyed, came out and complained about the decision. No bias there.

  • dude shogun did not outstrike machida ur are retarded... clearly everytime (most) shogun kick him, he'd come with a punch to the face

  • @LuqmanNaq True, true and true.

  • Man that kick to the body was insane!

  • the Machida bros r probably the next Emialnenko's

  • chinzo is the man for kill GSP!!!

  • Wrong weight class ;)

  • Damn his timing was right on with those last two punches.

  • Wow impressive debut for Chinzo Machida, the dynasty continues.

  • now dats da machidA'S

  • Looks like a preview to the outcome of the Lyoto vs. Shogun Rua fight at least stylistically. I sense the outcome for that fight will be about the same as this one, except Rua might last longer with a bigger heart. I would love to see Lyoto kick Fedors ass much les Lesnar. HaHa!

  • Lyoto's Brother vs Shogun's Brother Ninja LMAO

  • and this was his first MMA fight? well I guess only one who will be able to take Machidas belt will be another Machida, lol...

  • damn him and brotha fight exactly da same is he younger?

  • And smaller, possibly middleweight.

  • I watched an interview where he says his normal weight is 77Kg, which would be Welterweight. Of course he could gain or drop some weight.

  • ryu vs sagat...

  • the power of shotokan is amazing.

  • I THINK CHINZO BROKE ROSA'S SPLEEN

  • he could pass for his twin

  • Its amazing how much he fights exactly like his brother. You would think there would be some sort of difference, but their stance, the way they do everything looks exactly the same haha.

  • hahaha thats true

  • BOA !!!!
