The world is conditioned to work hard. I just laugh so hysterically when a women tells me her husband is in the military, and that i have not seen a hard days work in my life :-) Humans are just outside the damn vortex. They do not understand that a job is a temporarily solution to a long-term problem. Are you going to struggle all your life living pay-check to paycheck? I tell them that I create websites and place them on the first page of google, and i make 5 figures a month.
this clip is fabulous ...and has given me a lot of relief ....i havent had a conventional job for about 3 yrs now ...although my savings have almost gone ..the humour and inspiration i find thru abe is joy to my ears..
i am so much more allowing of myself as a result of following these teachings as im not a conventional kinda girl ......
after years of searching for my life-work, i came home and started writing a book, (and i 'm feeling so good in my writing that i know i finally found my purpose). i do not work for a salary and i'm living-off from past savings. relatives don't understand what i'm doing, much more of how i'm financing my non-working life. when my religious aunt insisted on knowing what i'd do if i spent all my savings, i simply told her that "i don't worry, God will provide." ..
it's good to know that i'm not the only one. and it's good to hear this confirmation and inspiration from Abraham to live the way we want and not to concern ourselves with what others think. to live without working sounds impossible to many, but some people can thrive without the daily toil. and you don't have to be rich to live that lifestyle either. just simplify your life and don't depend too much on others... some people's reality is other people's fantasy, and vice versa.
"...in your sensitivity to energy, you're concerning yourself with more than your 2 pts of vibrational realtivity, & whenever you do that chaos ensues..." I absolutely love how Abe acknowledges the questioner's sensitivity to other people's energy, because I can relate to that. <3 :D
So many people are so worried about other comments and snipper responses, Abraham has such good advice. DO NOT TRY TO CONVINCE THEM OR TRY SO HARD IN CONVERSATION, JUST KEEP IT SIMPLE AND LIGHT---GOOD ANSWER.
Awesome! Taps my internal playground to no end! Refreshing to know many of 'us' are out there with the same circumstances. I have very few who truly 'get me'. I felt a bit awkward seeing friends I hadn't in a long time and they're asking what I've been up to--where I have been. To some I say 'cleaning my internal house'. Sometimes, there is such a void of silence after answering, I swear I hear the crickets! LOL postings here go back a ways. I hope all have found their inner light and Shine it!
This is exactly where I'm at haha good to know...people want me to feel guilty for not working but I don't I feel blessed and deserved I wnated it so I allowed this and I always get what I need. Alot of people can't concieve how it is I'm thriving....oh but I am! that's what feels great!
That's just FANTASTIC!!! Sometimes we feel good about us but somehow we feel like we need to FIT in other people's judgement, or we get very pissed off with people who clearly can't get the point. Thank you for posting this audio!
I always thought MJ secretly knew Ab's teachings... Deep inside. He was so different. Lived a different life inside his head. I always admired his talent and his creations. Yet I always found it disturbing how many people out there focused on demeaning him. Making him look "bad" or crazy.. Not all there. .. He's definately in a better place now. Who's laughing now?
Thank u 4 posting this video. Abraham speaks nothing but pure truth. And LOVE the MJ cover pic. I wish MJ had learned & followed Abraham's teachings so we'd still have his ever evolving musical genius in our midst.
I took out $400 from the cashpoint for this $100 dollar game and it was cold and snowing and i dropped it on the way home! haha! its only vibation in motion so i guess its just part of the process...this is supposed to feel wonderful! I love Abraham!
I needed to hear this too...I am not working right now and 2 wks ago a woman asked me if I worked and my response was ''no'' and she walked away from me!!!! It was amazing that suddenly in her mind I was worthless! It was so interesting!
Tell everyone you know: my happiness depends on me, so you're off the hook. And then demonstrate it. be haapy, no matter what they're doing, practice feeling good, no matter what. and before you know it, you will no give anyone else responsability for the way you feel-and then, you'll love them all. Because the ONLY REASON YOU DON'T LOVE THEM, is because you're USING THEM AS YOUR EXCUSE TO NOT FEEL GOOD. NAMASTE
i have a question... how can we keep ourselves in a positive vibration, in a happy feeling when some of us are surrounded by people who keep being negative, who have a totally opposite vibration to the positive vibration we want to keep...? i find it difficult to focus on feeling happy and being in a positive vibration when i very often have negative, grouchy people around and who arent supportive at all
@AlinaAsmaa no matter what the issue is, don't try justify why you don't feel good. And don't try to justify why you should feel differently. don't try to blame whatever is you think the reason is that's keeping you from reeling good. All of that is wasted effort.JUST TRY TO FEEL BETTER RIGHT NOW. Namaste.
@AlinaAsmaa I have a hard time with it myself. my parents are like little rotten kids. My brother and i joke that our mother is the evil dark lord. I just watched her litter in front of my seven year old. I love them but my parents always yell and insult eachother. They love eachother and are used to it. It's hard to keep my vibration up when i spend to much time with them. I do know that if it weren't for them i wouldn't be the person i am to day!
I think this is one of the best Abraham videos I've ever heard on YouTube. I needed to hear this message big time! I need to remind myself that I don't have to go blabbing about my personal life to anyone and everyone. Just keep my personal stuff to a bare minimum, unless I am dealing with people who I know will be supportive. Thanks for the vid!
This reminder that we are not under any obligation to tell others - especially those we have just met - the details of our lives is good advice!
Isn't it interesting that we often we we are supposed to?
AND that we sometimes feel guilty when we sense that others will judge us or be envious if they think we have more than they do - REGARDLESS of the circumstances?
I wonder if another good way for this person to answer the "What do you do?" question might be to say, "I am an actor, and a yoga instructor" or whatever it was that she mentioned she was interested in doing or becoming in this time of not having to work for a living.
The lesson I've learned from this message is, don't unload too much about yourself on another person, especially in the beginning. Let your first interactions with another be discrete, simple and playful.
If they are a vibrational match to what you are feeling on any given subject, you'll have a sense of knowing this. Stop pushing more information than what another can deal with in that moment when you feel their resistance.
Very nice picture... beautiful and very talented human being. Sad that he wasn´t able to enjoy his life more. He has now made his transition, so no more resistance, no more suffering... Thank you Michael for offering us your music! We will always remember you.
I believe....with his (MJ) music, he was in alignment! That is why he had that draw...
It reminds me that when you live a Big life, you can also live Big contrast when you don't keep up with your expansions! And now, no worries, he has become all that he lived! I love knowing this!
that was great! i am blessed also not having to "have a job". i moved last year to phoenix from cincinnati and get questions like that alot when i meet new people.... it was good to hear how to explain and not defend. Thank you for posting!
Well done videos! I really appreciate the extra effort to creat quality instructional videos!

I had this once! I was reading LOA stuff and a collegue asked: what are you doing/reading?
And I guess I could feel his vibration cause I paused and thought: He is so gonna tramp all over this!
So I paused and answered: selfstudy.
He said: Oh and went to work! lol

in an interview michael commented how his dad always said to his kids, ALWAYS live by your ideals and do not compromise.
isn't it interesting how if we all answer this question (how many of our decisions are made relative to what other people think?)
