Um he didn't disband Hella to join this band. This band was just a side project, just like Death Breath ,and his other projects. They disbanded Hella because they all wanted to do other things and decided it was time to end it.

Nice blue eyed soul. Pretty cool that there's a band that can do this music justice. Influence is cool but Morgan played this stuff when it was the popular music of the day.
