Zune 120GB Gears of War Special Edition

ok. i have 120 gb zune. and like it saids to contact the the zune thingy so i did, and like i did all that it said to do, and it still isnt working, like, it has low battery, and it works when it is plugged in my computer. and like ont he screen of the zune, it has a piture of the zune with a "x" on the screen, and like it said to contact support. and it has the number"5" in the top corner of the screen. like i did EVERYTHING the zune support said to do, does anyone have any ideas?

ive got my 120 3 days ago for 250 + tax = 265

the glossy front doesnt really bother me and yea the cases are hard to come by but look at the bright side. your gunna have a hard time trying to fill all of that 120 GB damn i put all my music and almost all of my videos on there and still have 113.8 GB left sheesh got along ways to go its way better than the ipod touch more memory and almost as big screen and im going to buy the zune HD when it comes out and still keep the 120 zune :D

The only thing that the ipod touch has going for it is the touch screen and the fact that it has more games availiable. Then agin this is only due to the touch screen ans acceleraometer.

The 80GB Zune is now $169 at Circuit-City. That's a good deal. My Zune 120 is awesome, but I wish I would have gotten the 80GB because I don't like the glossy front on my 120.
