Re Soboba, ya gotta clarify Paul was not at that show becasue, for about 2 hours prior to the curatin, he had a heart rate of over 200 beats per minute. That required a procedure where paramedics had to stop, then restart, his heart. Paul had to be hospitalized, and being unable to play, KISS played live, for the first time, as a trio. KISS did peform one other time as a trio but it was lip synched.

OH Hell......Gene was the brains behind KISS and the success...But, Paul done lead vocals On almost all of the songs. His voice is great!!!!!!!! Had it not been for Gene and Paul...Kiss would have NEVER got to the level of success they did. The fact that Gene did not drink and do drugs is the ONLY reason KISS did not fall like so many other bands.

I WAS THERE!!!!! September 30th 2006!! The ticket was only 37 bucks through Ticketmaster!! I had the dubious distinction of seeing Paul Stanley solo @ House of Blues and then less than a year later, seeing KISS perform as a trio WITHOUT Paul Stanley in San Jacinto @ the Soboba Casino. Gene Simmons did his best to carry the show,...but Paul Stanley IS KISS. Paul will ALWAYS be a star!!! Congrats on your new Daughter on the way!!

Re Soboba, ya gotta clarify Paul was not at that show becasue, for about 2 hours prior to the curatin, he had a heart rate of over 200 beats per minute. That required a procedure where paramedics had to stop, then restart, his heart. Paul had to be hospitalized, and being unable to play, KISS played live, for the first time, as a trio. KISS did peform one other time as a trio but it was lip synched.
Unless you clarify, others (mostly the morons) will read too much into it(KISS Break-up)
