Joe doesn't live in norway, he lives in hollywood. Dallesandro was D'Alessandro but in a war they wrote it down as Dallesandro. D'Alessandro was pronounced as dee-allesandro but they didn't know how to write it so it was written as.. well yea. He (i think it was his father or grandfather) kept it that way which makes it Dallesandro now... i'm pretty sure in the least.

Andy Warhol's magazine "Interview" from the 1970's is where I first learned of the Dellesandro scene. it was a complex scene including Velvet Underground, David Bowie, etc etc.We are poorer for it's demise...
