@starevan38 It's easy. Just keep practicing. I think it's makes the game feel really realistic. I'd go so far as to say this is the most realistic MG game because of the torture and overall tone and mood.

Yes,but you have to gave up Ocelot's electric shock challenge,which isn't an easteregg game secret sequence,but if you didn't give up,though you will get the headband,you can have easteregg if you played with headband and beat the game again with "gave up",you can have secret eastereggs.

I've read that, if you go through the torture FIVE TIMES (yes, five times) without escaping, the ninja shows up, kills the guard and lets you out. I'm not brave enough to try this, but if anyone else is, would you please confirm this? Thanks.

@POMEGRENADE451 I tried this after I read your post because I read the same thing a looooong time ago, like in 1999 or 2000, so I bit the bullet and tried it. I think it was either 4 or 5 times, they blurred together after a while but the ninja did appear out of nowhere and slice the door open to let me escape. I was playing on PSX version, and he didn't kill Johnny, he just sliced the door.

No they are referring to MG2. In Outer heaven you fight him as the last boss(or next to last boss been a long time). You play as Big Boss in MGS3 before he get the title of Big Boss.

MGS3 takes place in Russia in the 60's. That's 20 years before MG2 (which took place in Africa).
