I just bought the Tx1 a few days ago. I wanted a camera like my cousin's t500 (the other one you showed) which had a stereo mic. I got to lots of parties and raves and always wish I had a camera that can record all the bass. I went to bestbuy and they only had the Tx1. I bought it and figured if I didn't like it i would return it and order the t500 online. Took it to a club and I was surprised that it still recorded the music REALLY well. I was actually really satisfied with it.

When you say that you believe that Sony will release another camera that's better... have you heard that or are you just stating the obvious ;-) ? I mean, at some point they will... but have you read about an upcoming TX2 or anything like that?

It sounds like instead of buying this for the holidays, that I should wait for the next release cycle. Any idea when that cycle may run.

With the panoramic mode it take 6 pic and not 10...

I would take video over sound any day and the normal price for either the DSC-T500 or the DSC-T900 is about $300, so you are on crack to go for those over the DSC-TX1

mostly for the stereo sound, and the price difference. (t900 is cheaper)

the t900 is actually about $50 more than the t90, but I just ordered the t900 anyway because I think the 3.5 LCD screen and stereo mic I will appreciate more thanks.
