verse is:

g,d/f#,em,c2

pre chorus is:

em, c2,g,d/f#

chorus is: c2, d/f#, em, g

Bridge is same as chorus.

This is from memory, so i hope it's right, I do mine on a capo 5 so that's why there's no falsetto, but he plays his open with the same chords.
